The KPR brake kit allows you to use 2017+ Alfa Romeo Giulia front 4 piston calipers to upgrade your front brake calipers using our plug-and-play kit.  The kit reuses the factory bolts which mount the bracket to the steering knuckle but includes bolts to mount the caliper to the bracket.

What's included:

x2 Steel brackets (precision machined, heat treated, and Black Oxide coated)

x4 Caliper to bracket bolts, Torque to 77 Ft. Lbs (105 Nm)

x2 Custom Brake lines (Quality Control: pressure tested to 2,500 PSI)

314mm

Use factory 314mm rotors with 2017+ Giulia 2.0T front brake pads.

345mm

Use factory 345mm rotors with 2017+ Giulia 2.0T front brake pads.

350mm

Use factory 350mm rear rotors and pads from 2017+ Giulia Quadrifoglio

Why steel over aluminum?

4140 heat treated steel brackets are vastly safer than aluminum due to their superior tensile strength and unique resistance to fatigue.  Unlike aluminum, which degrades with every minor vibration and eventually snaps without warning, 4140 steel has an infinite fatigue life under normal operating loads and will safely bend or deform before completely failing.  Although it adds slight weight and requires a costlier, slower machining and thermal treating process, it provides critical mechanical reliability and prevents catastrophic structural failure.

NOTE: Dependent on your wheel setup, you might require wheel spacers and longer lug bolts. Factory 18" TurboX wheels require a minimum of 6mm spacer but I used 10mm just to be on the safe side.  Yet, my 19" replicas had more than enough space which did not require wheel spacers.
